How to learn meditation in 5 simple steps

Today we will learn meditation in 5 simple steps : Step -1 Find the Right Location  in your home or garden or park,  nice and quiet place . important thing is you stay  comfortable that place. and  air , sunlight are important elements .                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                
 Step - 2.  Keep a Straight Spine :  Straight spine is the best posture in perfect meditation . this helps to activate your chakras . and you receive to more energy in your body . your sitting in the chair with the stright back ,or sitting on the floor , sofa ,. whatever you feel most comfortable.                                                                                 Step - 3. Close Your Eyes and Cross your legs  if your comfortable in padmasana thats very good meditation posture,  hands are stright and touch your knee .                                                                                                                                                              Step - 4 Let them relax tale three  slow deep breathes . when you inhale Fill Your Lungs with air as much air is you can . Hold their for a Few seconds .Exhale Imagine any tention in your body leaving with the breath. focus on your breah , after three stress reducing breathes allow your breath to become natural bring your Awareness to the sensations of your breath , Notice tickling as the air enters your nose .                                                                                                                                                                                                                            
     Step - 5 Observe without judgement : when you meditation you find so many thoughts in your brain , dont focus them . focusing on your own breathing can  have significant impact on your well -being and stress levels awaking your mind and body while also lowering blood presure and reducing anxiety .  morning and evining times are best to meditation . atleast do meditation 5 minutes per day . start to day .If you have any doubts please comments below . am very happy to answering your doubts  , welcome to meditational world .  all the best .
